You breathe. Just breathe.

You smile. Just smile, even if it makes you cry.

Breathe some more. Take a step.

Whatever direction you need to go. Front, back, side up, down.

It can be on your knees if it has to be.

Just keep moving. Keep breathing.

That’s what you do.
